In this Hadith about relation between believer or non believer

I asked, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! Where will you stay in Mecca? Will you stay in your house in Mecca?" He replied, "Has `Aqil left any property or house?" `Aqil along with Talib had inherited the property of Abu Talib. Jafar and `Ali did not inherit anything as they were Muslims and the other two were non-believers. `Umar bin Al-Khattab used to say, "A believer cannot inherit (anything from an) infidel." Ibn Shihab, (a sub-narrator) said, "They (`Umar and others) derived the above verdict from Allah's Statement: "Verily! those who believed and Emigrated and strove with their life And property in Allah's Cause, And those who helped (the emigrants) And gave them their places to live in, These are (all) allies to one another." (8.72)

Mout ya Islam lane se Gusul kya wajib hai
Bismillah Hir Rahman Nir Rahim (In the name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful)
Assalam O Alaikum warahmatullahi wabarkatahu (May Allah peace and mercy be upon us)
In shah allah aaj hum janne ki koshish karenge is Post se ki Mout ya Islam lane par Gusul kyu hai or is baat ka ilm lene ki koshish karenge Allah subhan wa taala ki madad se wahi rabbul aalemeen hai jo hum ye kar pate hai uski madad ke bina kuch bhi nahi hota allah hume ilm se nabaje "Rabbe Zidna ilma"
"Mout ya Islam lane se Gusul"
Is se muraad ye hai ke Zindo par wajib hai ke Murdo ko Gusul de or aisi tamaam ah hadeesh jin mein Mayyat ko Gusul dena ka huqm hai is ke daleel ye hai.
Hazrat Ibne Abbas radi allah anho se marwi hai ke pyare Nabi Sallallaho alai wasallam ne Farmaya : Ise (Mayyat) paani or Bairi ke patto ke sath Gusul do.

"Imaam Nawwi rahmat ullah alai ki daleel :Gusul Mayyat ke Wajoob par Ijma hai"
[Al-Majmoa, 5/128]
Ye to hua mayyat ke talluk se Gusul ki ek daleel is par hadeesh to alhumdulillah bahoot hai or is par sab ka ijma bhi hai alhumdulillah or aye aab dekh lete hai kuch hadeesh Islam lane ke talluq se.
Hazrat Qais bin Aasim radi allah anho se marwi hai ke Nabi akram sallallaho alai wasallam ke paas Islam lane ke irade se gaya To aap sallallaho alai wasallam ne mujhe Paani (Water) or bairi ke patto ke sath Gusul karne ka huqm diya.

Is Hadeesh ke asal Sahyyan mein hai lekin us mein Gusul ke Huqm ka jikr nahi balke Mujrad Hazrat Samama radi allah anho ke aj khud Gusul karne ka zikr hai.

(Imaam Abu Hanifa or Imaam Safaye) : Agar Insaan Janbi na ho to Gusu sirf Mustahab hai or Wajo bhi kefayat kar jayega.

Magar sab se Rajay Qoul ye hai Ki Hadeesh aage gujri hai Alhumdulillah or hadeesh sab sahih sanad se moujood hai Ki Gusul ko Wajoob karar deta hai Humne 4 Imamo ka koul dene is liye munasib smjha ki baat saaf ho jaye Magar Aap sallallaho alai wasallam se saaf pata chalta hai ki Islam lane par Gusul wajib hai Gusul karna Aap sallallaho alai wasallam ki sunnato par amal karna hai yaha par hum aap sallallaho alai wasallam ki baat ko tarji denge alhumdulillah ki hadeesh wajah tour par bata rahi hai ki Gusul wajib hai jaisa ke aap s.a.w ne huqm diya hai. Ye to kuch baate isse talluk allah subhan wa taala se dua goo hu ki ay allah hum sabhi Musalman mein Ittehad paida karde or hum par jo Musibate hai use door kar de or hum par raham or karam ka mamla kar or Gaza ke Musalmano ki hefazat kar allah tujhe wasta hai tere 99 namo ka allah hum Musalmano ki Hefazat kar allah humare amal gande hum apas mein ladte hai magar allah hum tujhse tauba karte hai hume maaf farma ameen ya rabbal aalemeen

In shah allah Qurbani ki thodi ilm lene ki koshish karenge us allah subhan wa taala ki madad se jo bahoot Rahman or Rahim hai or janege ki Allah ke Pyare rasool sallallaho alai wasallam ne kya bataya or kya kiya hai in shah allah
"Qurbani ke Masail"
Allah ne Quran mein Farmaya : Or har Ummat ke liye hum ne Qurbani ke tarike Mukarrar farmaye hai taake wo in Choupaye Janwaro par Allah ka naam le jo Alla taala ne unhe de rakeh hai.
[Surah Al-Hajj, Chapter No. 22, Verse No.34]
Hazrat Ibrahim alahis salaam ne apne Bete (Son) Hazrat Isamil alahis salaam ko Jabah karne ke liye Chori (Knife) chala di to Allah taala ne ek Mendah bhej diya or chori is par chal gayi. Is baat ka tajkira Allah Taala ne Apne Quran mein Farmaya :
Allah ne Quran mein Farmaya : Or hum ne ek bada jabiha id ke Fidye mein de diya.
[Surah Al-Saaffat, Chapter no. 37, Ayat No. 107]
Allah ne Quran mein Farmaya : Apne Rab Allah ke liye Salaah padho or Qurbani karo.
[Surah Al-Kauther, Chapter No. 108, Ayat No. 2]
Allah Ne Quran mein Farmaya : Kah dijye! Meri Namaaz, Meri Qurbani, Mera Jina or mera marna Allah rabbul aalemin ke liye hai.

Hazrat Anas radi allah anho se Rewayat hai ke Nabi Karim Sallallaho alai wasallam do Mendho ki Qurbani karte the or main bhi do Mendho ki Qurabani karta tha.

Ye te kuch Qurabani se related post or allah hum sab ko Qurbani karne ki toufeeke wa rafeeque ata kare or In shah allah allah hum sab ko Bakrid jaise Mubarak mouke ko pane ka toufeeque ata kare allah se dua go hu aaj Kashmir mein bahoot log pareshane haal hai Badh (Flood) aa gaya hai allah un sabhi ke pareshani ko door kare or jo gunah hua hai jane anjane mein allah hum sab ko maaf kare ameen ya rabbal aalemeen
